The BE Company Inc.(“Company”) operates the application, BeFit Philippines ("Application") to provide services including ordering services for gym memberships.
Company is committed to protecting users' privacy and addressing potential privacy concerns. The following information has been posted to help you, the consumer, understand what private information we collect and how your information is used.

You may request the deletion of your personal data held by BeFit, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
To submit a data deletion request, please fill out the Support Form available through Chat Support on befit.ph. We may request additional information to verify your identity and ensure that the request relates to your personal data.
Upon verification, BeFit will review and process your request. Certain information may continue to be retained where necessary or permitted for:
- compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accounting, tax, or other legal obligations;
- the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- fraud prevention, security, and enforcement of our agreements or policies;
- fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- legitimate business purposes permitted by applicable laws; or
- other purposes where retention is required or permitted by law.
Personal data that is no longer required to be retained will be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with BeFit's data retention and disposal procedures.
Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your BeFit account by filling out the Support Form available through Chat Support on befit.ph.
An account may only be deleted if there is no active membership and no outstanding balance associated with the account.
If you have an active membership, outstanding balance, or other contractual obligation with BeFit, you must first fulfill the applicable contractual obligations and complete any required membership cancellation or account settlement process before requesting account deletion.
Once these requirements have been fulfilled and your account deletion request has been verified and approved, BeFit will proceed with the deletion of your account.
Account deletion does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all personal data associated with the account. Certain records may continue to be retained where required or permitted by applicable laws or for legitimate legal, regulatory, accounting, security, or business purposes.
Any personal data that is no longer required to be retained will be securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with BeFit's data retention and disposal procedures.
Who Your Information is Shared With
Your information may be shared with trusted partners we work with, solely to deliver services, communicate with you, and improve your experience on the BeFit Philippines app.
Purposes for sharing your information:
- Processing transactions
- Fulfilling orders
- Measuring marketing and advertising performance
- Providing customer support
- Sending email and text communications
- Improving and personalizing your app experience
Information Security
We make every effort to protect your personal information and keep it secure. Much of your data is encrypted to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Despite these efforts, security incidents may still occur. As such, the submission of personal information is at your own risk.
